Mitel Telecoms Engineer
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + package (car/car allowance, on-call allowance)
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm
Summary of the Role:
We are an exciting and innovative supplier of IT and telephony and pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service for our clients.
In this role the successful candidate will carry out installation and maintenance on a range of Mitel systems. You will also be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring an excellent level of customer service is delivered. This role is both field and home based. You will be expected to be on call for one week in 4.
As specialists in the installation, maintenance and support of Mitel products, applicants will need to be able to demonstrate strong skills in this area. MiVoice Business formal accreditation and experience is essential along with accreditation and experience in one other Mitel product. Micollab and/or MiCC knowledge and experience is desirable. Some networking experience is essential, although stronger networking knowledge would be an advantage.
The individual will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to go the extra mile for our clients. There will be a requirement to travel and willingness to do overtime is essential.
